Joseph A. Felice, 68, lost his courageous battle with cancer. He took his final breath on this earth with his family by his side on September 6, 2015. He is predeceased by his son Joey, parents Joseph and Rose, and his brother Henry Connor. He is survived by his wife Diane; daughters Kim (Tom) Hunt; Lori (Peter) DeLucia; Kelly (Jason) O'Connor; Gina (John) Baker; three stepchildren Jason Rice, Joseph (Heather) Rice, Susan Rice; 12 grandchildren; Tommy, Aiden, Nicholas, Hunter, Allyson, Jason, Maggie, Joseph, Madison, Andrew, Aylah, Nolan; sister-in-law Annie Connor; brother-in-law Andrew (Frances) Lomonaco; sister-in-law Jean (Angelo) Carboni; as well many special aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Joey worked construction most of his life and is most remembered for owning Joey's Bar on Court St. and coaching Legion Baseball Post 1645 for over 30 years. The loves of his life were his family, food and sports. He was so honored by the love shown to him at his benefit - thank you to all! Many thanks to Lourdes Hospice (you know who you are), Dr. Ramanujan and staff, and Dr. Readling and the staff at Broome Oncology. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 from 4 until 7 pm at the THOMAS J. SHEA FUNERAL HOME, INC. 137 Robinson St., Binghamton. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 am at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Hillcrest. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Danielle House, 160 Riverside Dr., Binghamton, NY 13905.
