Lorraine P. (Utter) Spicer

Lorraine Spicer, 78 passed away September 23rd following a brief illness. Lorraine was predeceased by her husband, Bill (Rebel) Spicer and is survived by her daughters Tami Noonan (Kevin), Trudi Rotella (Ralph Stampfler), Alice Marie Hamlin, Becky Whitman (Patrick), son; Gary Spicer, 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Lorraine will be missed by many others including, her dear friends Bernie O’Neil and Bonnie Stica. Lorraine will be remembered as an avid reader, longtime ‘eastsider’ and for her work at the Binghamton Psychiatric Center. Services will be held at THOMAS J. SHEA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 137 Robinson Street, Binghamton on September 28th at 6 pm. The family will receive friends before the service starting at 4 pm.  In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Animal Care Council in memory of Lorraine and her beloved cat Simba.
